The Elite 3k is a branch from the Elite 10k program. The Elite 10k program is a rigorous 6-7 week program only offered during the summer season, giving players the opportunity to build on their shooting. Players now have the opportunity to experience the Elite 10k program, but on molecular level. Participants will not only learn the physical aspect of shooting, but also the mental facets as well. Through proper mechanics and repetition, players will start to build habits, which will become routine, and eventually evolve into second nature.
